PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FORM

This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, for the purpose of informing the consumer.

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, number of units, sales price, and payment method of the product subject to this contract are specified below and detailed in the order confirmation.

• The basic characteristics of the products (type, kind, quantity) are specified on the product page at www.heryerbitki.com.
• The prices listed and advertised on the site are the selling prices. The advertised prices and terms are valid until updated or changed.
• Prices advertised for a limited time are valid until the end of the specified period.
• Additional service fees not included in the product price (delivery fee, gift wrapping, etc.) will be listed separately.

3. DELIVERY INFORMATION

• Products will be delivered to the delivery address specified during the order process.
• Delivery time may vary depending on the recipient's location, starting from the order confirmation.
• Due to the nature of flowers and live plants, orders are delivered as quickly as possible and in the freshest condition.
• Delivery will be made within the date and time range selected during the ordering process.
• Delivery must be made within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the customer's order.
• If the recipient is not at the address during delivery, the order will not be left at another address.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article 15 of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and Article 9 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the distance contract without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

Situations in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised:

• Products that are perishable or may expire: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are naturally perishable, such as fresh flowers, cut flowers, and live plants.
• The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared according to the consumer's specific requests or personal needs.
• The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or wrapping have been opened after delivery, and for products that cannot be returned.

In cases where the right of withdrawal can be exercised, the seller must be notified within the withdrawal period and the product must be returned in accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

6. HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers wishing to exercise their right of withdrawal may notify the seller within the withdrawal period using one of the following methods:

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the amount paid will be refunded to the consumer within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date the cancellation notice reaches the seller.

In disputes that cannot be resolved with the seller, you can apply to Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts. The application limits for Consumer Arbitration Boards are determined annually by the Ministry of Trade.

8. GENERAL PROVISIONS

• The consumer acknowledges that they have approved this pre-information form electronically.
• A distance selling contract is established when the consumer approves the pre-information form and completes the order.
• Electronic approval of this Preliminary Information Form signifies that the consumer has read and been informed about the form.
