You can send flowers to an office to congratulate a colleague starting a new role, prepare the table before a meeting, liven up the reception area or thank the company you work with. At Heryerbitki, we choose office flowers to suit the pace of the workplace: compact, long-lasting designs with an unobtrusive scent that look elegant the moment they are placed on a desk.
When choosing flowers for an office, three things matter: size, lifespan and scent. In open-plan offices, desk-sized arrangements are preferred over large bouquets. Strongly scented flowers may not suit everyone in an enclosed space, so lightly scented or unscented flowers such as orchids, gerberas, lisianthus and roses are better suited to the office.
In business life, flowers gracefully convey what is hard to put into words. These are the most common reasons we see for sending them:
Office delivery differs from home delivery. Entering the following details in full when ordering makes delivery easier:
Once your order is delivered, we send you a photo delivery confirmation, so you can see for yourself that the flowers reached the recipient's desk.
If you want to mark a moment such as a celebration, thank-you or special day, cut flowers or an orchid are the right choice; the message is delivered instantly and stands out on the desk. If you want to green up the office permanently, potted plants will keep you company for longer. For this second purpose, see our office plants page. You can also combine the two: an orchid for the celebration and a desk plant for afterwards.
Three factors determine the price: flower type, design size and presentation. The number of stems for orchids, the number of roses, and the container and flower variety for arrangements all affect the price. There is an office flower for every budget; prices on product pages are current and include delivery. For corporate and bulk deliveries, please get in touch with us.
Our courier calls the recipient first. If they can't be reached, the flowers are delivered to the person named in your card note or to reception, and a photo delivery confirmation is sent to you.
In cities where we have a partner florist, orders placed during the business day are delivered the same day. You can see the delivery times available for your address when ordering.
Unscented or lightly scented, compact designs: mini orchids, desk arrangements and roses in a box. We don't recommend strongly scented flowers such as lilies and hyacinths for open-plan offices.
