Heryerbitki is a technology- and design-driven online flower delivery platform we founded in Istanbul in 2019. In Istanbul, our own courier team delivers in as little as 90 minutes; in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Antalya, Eskişehir and many other provinces, orders placed by 18:00 are delivered the same day, free of charge. In provinces without same-day delivery, your order arrives the next day.
Once your flowers are ready, we send you a photo; they only leave with your approval. To date, we have delivered more than 500,000 orders to their recipients. With our experienced florists, strong partner network, trusted suppliers, a team of more than 50 people and a robust technology infrastructure, we make sending flowers faster, more beautiful and more accessible. 500,000 deliveries in seven years show we got the answer right.
Who are we?
We're not a flower shop; we're a technology company that has rethought flower delivery from end to end. Every step, from taking the order to design, preparation, partner florists, couriers and notifications, runs on our powerful technology infrastructure.
On one side are our florists, who prepare hundreds of arrangements every day; on the other, our technology and operations team, who make sure those arrangements reach the right door at the right time. Keeping both under one roof is what sets us apart from both traditional florists and typical e-commerce sites.
Nothing ships until you've seen it.
A pre-delivery photo is standard with every order. Once your flowers are ready, we send you a photo, and they don't leave until you've seen them. That's how we solved the "it didn't look like the photo" problem.

How does delivery work?
- Same day, at the time we promised: In Istanbul and in every city where we have a franchise, we stick to the delivery time slot you choose when ordering. In Istanbul, our own courier team delivers in as little as 90 minutes; in our franchise cities, our franchisees deliver the same day. The cut-off for same-day delivery is 18:00.
- Through our own network: In 2025 we switched to a franchise model. We manage all our franchisees centrally on the same technology platform; we never hand your order over to a florist we don't know.
- If you're in another province: We carefully pack flowers and plants suitable for shipping in special boxes and send them out; orders placed by 17:30 are delivered the next day.
- A photo with every order: Once your flowers are ready, we send you a photo; nothing leaves before you've seen it.
What do we sell?
Flowers for every special moment: rose bouquets, roses in a box, orchids, potted plants, birthday and anniversary flowers, sympathy and grand opening flowers, and corporate flower orders. Our Premium Flowers series features designer arrangements, and our Roses in a Box collection offers special box designs. Alongside flowers, we also offer lasting gifts such as olive trees and houseplants. Our catalog has more than 600 products, each designed by our florists. You choose, we take care of the rest.

- 2019We were founded in Istanbul with the idea of making flower delivery faster and more transparent. From day one we invested in technology and design, building our ordering, preparation and delivery processes on a single system.
- The following yearsOur customer base grew every year. We launched same-day delivery in Ankara, Izmir, Eskişehir, Antalya and other provinces; released our iOS and Android app; introduced the Premium Flowers and Roses in a Box categories; and expanded our florist team and product range.

Where are we headed?
Our goal is clear: to be the first platform that comes to mind for sending flowers in Türkiye. To get there, we're investing in three things. First, our franchise network: same-day delivery in more provinces every year. Second, technology: making the process more transparent for customers, from delivery tracking and photo approval to our app and notifications. Third, design: new collections every season and original arrangements created by our florists.

Who founded it?
Heryerbitki was founded by Koç University graduates with backgrounds in digital marketing, Gökay Günaydın and Aysu Günaydın. Today we run the company from Istanbul with more than 50 people, from florists and couriers to our technology team and customer service representatives.
