("Heryerbitki") requires you to complete the following form in order for your applications to exercise your rights specified in Article 11 of the Law to be processed in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller.

6. Response Time
Your applications will be processed free of charge as soon as possible, and no later than 30 (thirty) days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires additional costs, the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged.
