New Year Elegance (Deluxe Kokina Arrangement in a Footed Glass Vase)

New Year Elegance (Deluxe Kokina Arrangement in a Footed Glass Vase) - Heryerbitki

New Year Elegance is an elegant kokina arrangement prepared in a footed cut-glass vase. The inside of the vase is lined with green leaves; on top sit 6 kokina stems, red baubles, dried orange slices, a dried pomegranate and a pine cone. A red satin ribbon printed with Heryerbitki decorates the neck of the vase. It was one of our most popular kokina designs last season. Our kokina is made from real branches and berries gathered from nature; no artificial materials are used. Carefully prepared by our professional florists.

Why Is Kokina Given as a Gift?

The name kokina comes from the Greek word “kokkino”, meaning red, and it is given as a symbol of luck for the new year. Legend has it that whoever keeps a gifted kokina for a year will own a home before the year ends. See all our designs on our kokina flower page.

Care Tips

• Place it in a cool, bright spot away from direct sunlight.
• Keep it away from radiators, stoves, fireplaces and air-conditioning vents.
• Kokina does not need watering; if the air is very dry, a light mist of water now and then is enough.
• The red berries are decorative and not edible; keep them away from children and pets.
